Best butter dish!
I've been looking for a butter dish for ages, good size, decorative and with the perfect handle. This one has it all! Such a gorgeous colour. Looks so great out on the counter top, keeps the butter at perfect spreading temp even in our hot kitchen. Fits a UK standard butter block nicely. Arrived promptly in very secure packaging with a nice branded box. So happy with my purchase!

This is a beautiful graduated blue, much appreciated by my son. Its quite substantial and roomy. I recommend.

A comfy fit for the Kerrygold
Much better than the glass dish it replaced. It easily fits a block of Kerrygold and has ridges to keep the butter from slipping. Functional if not pretty. It's half the price of Le Creuset but just not as pretty. 😄

A perfect butter dish
You wouldn't think a butter dish is a hard thing to buy, but there are many things you need to take account of... does it hold the butter in place as you try and spread? Does butter get stuck on the lid? Is it big enough for different types of butter? Is it well made?This butter dish nails all of these - the ridges at the bottom hold the butter in place with a firm press down, the lid is separated from the butter area to keep it clean, it fits a standard block of butter perfectly, and it looks good!Would buy again in an instant :)

After reading some of the reviews I was worried I'd get something that casts shadows in the midday sun.Fortunately it's what I would call a standard sized butter dish.It's decent.
