They're soft and fit well. Beware your heel is lifted up so this puts more weight on your toes & balls (of feet).Good for those who, through lethargy, have found their feet incapable of sustaining their massive, doughy bodies without complaining!

I got these for my mum, she suffers from peripheral neuropathy and can’t feel her feet. Due to this, she never realised that she had a deep gash in her heel from them getting too dry and cracked. Despite treating her heel with medication, every time she walked, she would just open up the wound more, so when I saw these heel protectors I thought they may give a bit of cushioning to her heel to aid recovery. She did have a little difficulty with the length of the straps that anchor these heel pads in place, as her ankles and the top of her feet are swollen and she couldn’t get the pads to fasten due to there not being much length to them, I did manage to get them fastened though and once on, she said they felt comfortable and lessened the impact on her heel when walking. Using these everyday, she has had a great improvement with her cracked heels and these have been very protective. She cannot wear her normal dress shoes with these but they are fine with trainers and more comfy shoes. These have not been a cure but they have proved an invaluable aid to her heel recovery and I would not hesitate to purchase again when needed.

These are simply incredible!For £12.99 the relief these have given my heels is nothing short of breathtaking!Very easy to wear either on your bare skin or over socks, both ways really help.I think I either have a heel spur or plantar fascilitis but after being diagnosed as type 2 the doctors cannot stretch their minds past type 2 for my feet. Never mind how long I've had this complaint (10 years plus).But these simple heel pads are really helping me!

These are comfortable to wear and fit well. I started getting pains in my heels and dry skin in that area from wearing shoes and being on my feet all day starting a new job so this felt great to wear. I don't know if it's helped that much, I will have to update in a months' time or so

A good plantar aide quite small and the support is quite thin, but the memory foam is good and comfortable and supports the plantar well and feels good whilst walking.
