I have been purchaseing the Guards fromTime2Sleep for nearly 4 years now and the product still lives up to expectation.Easy to Mold, best bite proof vs other competators, gentle to sleep with, has child size included in the pack also.Child or smaller guard, not as useful as the larger but i have been using as a mini guard fitting centrally on the bottom middle teeth so as to use as a change when i find the other top guard a bit much on occation (ususally when feel unwell or swallen mouth/tonsils)For this purchase also to compliment the delivery driver who went above and beyond to deliver.

So much cheaper than the dentist. Do exactly the same job. Amazing.

Ok, easy to mould if u follow instructions. Quite thick but does the job to protect teeth from grinding.

Okay, but they aren’t very long - even when moulded to your teeth- I got these as I grind my teeth on a night and thought these would help. They don’t reach to the back of my teeth, which is where the problem is so they unfortunately didn’t help.

Don't bother. Please go to your dentist and make one suitable for your needs.

Given what has been said, I feel I need to give an honest review, probably being one of the worst teeth clenchers in the world.Top line for me is that this is the only biteguard which does not make me wake up tense. Why? Other guards, including hard and soft ones made by the dentist, make me feel there is something in my mouth that should not be there, so I clench more. Whilst I do not damage my teeths' surfaces, I put a lot of pressure on them during the night, which makes me wake up quite tense and in pain.This guard is different, because the material is softer, so when I bite on it it gives me less resistance, whilst still protecting the teeth (almost like an airbag). The downside? I probably have to change guard every month. But then, you can't have it all- if the material was harder and more sturdy, I would clench my teeth more and it would have the same effect as other guards.I still use the other, firmer guards, but for sports, so for me it is an ideal combination to have them both.

The mouth guards are easy to mould to your teeth and gums, make sure you follow them correctly and always use the wooden tongs so you don't burn your fingers.If they don't fit just right first attempt you can remould then again which is great.Also the mouth guard holders are a bonus to keep them from dirt and dust after cleaning and air drying, so far so good

This product is way too small. Maybe 2 out of the 8 fit my teeth
