Bad hardware
Overall this seems like a quality bag. I havenāt had it too long but already the hardware is giving out. Donāt want to bother with exchanging; as can be seen itās an easy fix but I should not have to repIace hardware on such a new bag.

Doese not stand up
The media could not be loaded. The bag seems to be built well. I have been using it for over a month. I have no complaints about the construction.My major problem with the bag is every time I put it down. It falls over. They should have had a flat bottom very annoying. So I would not purchase this again.
