Q: How is the adjustability of the chair? Is it comfortable?

I have now used this chair for almost 3 years…although it is has been lightly used over that time, I have found it to be very comfortable. I’m 6’3”, 240lbs, if that helps you

Q: Can you please reconfirm the measurements for the chair shown in one of the photos? Something is definitely wrong. For example: back height = 28"?

From the top of the chair part that you sit in to the top of the seat back (minus the adjustable headrest) is between 22.5-24” depending on how you set it. This adjusts the entire back including the lumbar support (which does not adjust independently from the chair back). The parts of the chair that are adjustable are the seat height, the back/lumbar height, the back/lumbar recline, the headrest height, and the arm rest height. Hope that helps.

This is real 3D armrest made of plated steel. Looks very durable and fashion, this is quite different with the other brands' plastic armrest. The paddings are soft as well.
