First off I have tried a few different types of smart switches and this one is great. Nice touch screen functionality and customization is easy. NOTE: this switch does require a neutral wire, but does not require a hub and also is a mesh WiFi booster and integrated well with my eero WiFi mesh system. Controllability is great you can control with the app or via Amazon Alexa/ google voice assistant. Installing it was easy and setup was not hard. The overall look is really nice and creates a modern look for o your home with a sleek profile. Currently have these setup in my garage and will be adding a neutral wire to my house switch boxes and converting my whole house to these switches they are one of the best I have found and very dependable. You can control them manually so no need to worry about problems with internet connection, if your internet drops due to unexpected problems with your provider you can still control these manually like a normal switch. In conclusion I highly recommend these 1 great look 2 easy install 3 seamless smart home integration 4 great price 5 WiFi mesh capable.

Works greatIt is a 1 gang mount, trying to fit it in a 2 gang box, need to be creative to make it work.

Update: bought a second one(should have bought the Touya version, the smart living really sucks), for I actually found it works and looks the way I wanted, and fun to change the buttons. Using a blank box cover may feel like it is “attach”ing to the wall plate, but in the meantime before I figure out a better solution, it does the job cover the wires in the wall behind. See attached picture.It’s easy to install and saves the clutter in the box by using I switch controlling up to 3, but that’ where the little issue comes from, I am using it to replace a two gang switch, but the whole thing is only little wider than a single smart switch, so there would be a big ugly hole with tangled wires inside next to the led screen, I had to buy a two gang switch cover blank, cut a hole in the middle to let the back of this switch goes thru. It does work, just bit awkward.I would suggest they make a custom cover for 2 & 3 gang, also slime down the switch dimension so it would fit the standard single switch box.Some of the other room for improvement is there app, need to fix the errors that popping up here andthere. Like error linking to Amazon.Otherwise, it would’ve been a five star product.

Very easy to install, paired with Tuya in less than a minute. All of the features work allows customization of the screen and edge lighting feature is nice,

4 inches... This thing is no where near the size the pictures indicate. I should have known better to not pay closer attention to the dimensions. The pictures make you assume this is much larger than it is. It is the standard single switch size. We all shop on-line, and need things to come as they appear like they would if we were in a store. Not sure why companies go through all the trouble to make things appear bigger online than they are. You lose money with us returning the products...

Pretty UI, but after 6 months, I thought it was time to review. Family complained it constantly reboot when pressing buttons and wouldn't connect to wifi some times. I finally had to disconnect it and swap a simpler solution into it's place.

Is amaizing.

Device itself wasn't painful to install and seems to work at a hardware level. However, the apps (smartLife and tuya) both fail to work well. These means for my purpose of doing automation triggers it is worthless. As it only sometimes wants to work but majority of the time fails... would return but didn't get around to installing it until 40 days after I bought it :(I've found through research this has to do with how it broadcasts information over the network. Requiring that the smart switch, smart light, and cellphone running the app to have perfect connection. If the connection derps even slightly then nothing will happen. Which is frustrating as through testing I verified the network coverage in the area is fine... however it seems the phone app even when forced to always run in background is not receiving all network packets.In theory a tuya hub might solve this problem but not sure I want to invest into more hardware requiring tuya or smartLife at this point. As even remote triggering the devices from the phone likes to fail. I even placed a wifi hub under one of the lights and still had it delay or fail to activate. For reference I have a commercial grade wifi network with hubs spread throughout the house. Meaning any spot in the building often has strong connection even on devices with weak power output. Example is my ring camera that still works attached to a tree 100ft away.
