Lovely large case which, as promised, fits within the measurements allowed by airlines such as BA. Got the blue one with tan trim which looks smart and I which should stand out more on the carousel from all the black ones. Looks strong. Has a TSA lock with three combination numbers as part of the case (not a padlock that others have mentioned/ complained about) which enables you to lock the two zips in place so your stuff doesn’t fall out everywhere but which can yet also be opened by border/ security staff without them having to break in. Well designed inside… When opened there is an equal size space in both halves of the case, one half of which has elasticated straps for holding clothes in place. Cleverly, a big zipped net pocket sits in between the two halves of the case (instead of against a side) and has a zip all around it’s edge which allows you to seal everything in the other side of the case under the pocket. Four smooth moving wheels, which turn 360 degrees. Rubber handles on the side and top, useful for lifting it, and extendable handle for pulling it along. A few people commented on a big sticker on the case (which advertises its features) leaving sticky marks behind but I found that a baby wipe took the stickiness off very quickly and without leaving any mark or stickiness behind. Have bought for my son who is going in a gap year so needs to take more with him than we usually would on a holiday. Feels quite lightweight (exact weight given in advert)… at least until we stuff it with everything he needs for the year ahead :) Note (as some have missed this) that there’s a QR code on the box it’s delivered in which you can scan to take you to the link to register for the warranty, which I was able to do with ease and then got an emailed confirmation of.

Just used for a flight, easy to pack, wheel and they were sturdy enough. They look good and were easy to spot

Have already used them and excepting the feeling that extendable handles are not very firm in the extended position, everything else are as expected(loading capacity, etc).4.5 * only becouse of those extendable handles.

It's very good looking, and it feels well made. I was going to buy the Antler equivalent, but it made no sense to me to pay more than twice the price to get something very similar. It hasn't had a real world trial yet, but I'll update this after the summer break once the airlines have had a go at destroying it.

Bought three of these and quality v poor. 2 broke within a year. Tried to get a replacement under 5 year warranty and third party seller didn’t fulfill. Useless delaying communication. Turned to Amazon who asked me to return them both for a refund. I did that and they refunded 1 of the 2. Still chasing the second refund and going round in circles. You get what you pay for.Update: Amazon have now refunded for both the cases after a long frustrating battle with the third party seller. Amazon great but really do avoid this product and seller if you don’t want to be left tearing your hair out with their poor items and incompetent responses.

I wanted a suitcase and a very specific size. Took me a while to find one, and I can across this. I did wonder how good it would be as I am used to buying Delsey but I was very very pleasantly surprised. Sturdy, smart.. wheels are smooth. Definitely worth the money!

In my previous experiences with your company, I received essential information and documentation with each luggage purchase, which has been notably absent this time.Furthermore, I discovered that the inside of the suitcase was open when it arrived, suggesting a lack of proper quality control. This oversight raises concerns about the overall integrity of the product and the condition it was in when shipped.The defective lock mechanism also presented a significant issue. One of the locks failed to properly secure, which not only compromised the safety of my belongings but also highlighted a manufacturing flaw in the product.Moreover, I encountered an issue with the handle’s zipper, which had been installed incorrectly, necessitating my own intervention to correct it.Due to these substantial and varied defects, I am unable to utilize this luggage for my travels as intended. Unfortunately, I find myself in a situation where I am unable to return the luggage promptly due to travel constraints and time limitationsOther than that it does look nice.

Bought these ready for a week away. Used just the large so far, and I have to say, I really put it through its testing weight wise. My personal experience, zip is strong, soooo easy to push and manouave even when speed walking through St pancreas train station at peak time. I'm sooooo glad I bought these and after other reviews of soooo many cases I was is nervous. For anyone still abit unsure, I really recommend these, don't question the price, they are just a great bargain.
