Really small heater which pumps out a lot of heat for its size. Flame effect is good for such a low price

Got this as it was small enough to fit into our fireplace. Good flame effect and heat output.

Its okay but...
I bought this fire because of the brand name and of course, expected to pay a bit more because its better right? No, it's not I could have paid half that for a better looking/working fire. Dimplex customer service is zero, I actually think their help department is based in Brigadoon! So basically it works, that's about it.

I already have Dimplex Club which is perfect so bought micro for my sister. She said it's brilliant. Effects only make a cosy atmosphere. Heats up room really fast. Would buy again.
