Cool mask- non customizable- preloaded images
This mask is pretty cool. It isn’t customizable, but has a bunch of preloaded images. If you hold your hand in front of the sensor located at the top of the mask for 5 seconds, you will see OK pop up on the mask. From their you can use your hand like a magic want to switch the displayed image to your liking by waving your hand quickly past the sensor. If you want to exit the mode, or use a selected image as a stationary image, just pick the image you want and again hold hand in front icy it for 5 seconds until you see the red off sign. The images aren’t the worst, but some aren’t the best either. It will have a picture of a cat, but also spell it out on the mask. The ones like that are unfavorable in my opinion, but then there are some really cool and trippy skulls and patters on the mask too.

Really vivid and bright!
Good value for the money since it’s fairly priced for the type of LED mask! It’s got around 70 different images and many are animated, which are really cool. There’s also an option to change the image selection mode to sensor mode so that you can use your hand and wave it in front of the sensor on the front of the mask to change the displayed image rather than having to quick press the power button to cycle through the mask design options.Made for a kids face size, thought would accommodate a smaller stature adult’s face comfortably. Secure fit with hook and loop elastic strap. Visibility while wearing is pretty good, surprisingly. Brightness is excellent, and has a great appearance. Ease of use is true as it’s not difficult to turn on and change design that is displayed. Very cool with some cool original designs (the hot air balloon one looks like an alien head!).Really a super fun mask that you could use as a night light when you hang it from the wall in your bedroom, super fun for kids and adults alike. 5 of 5 stars for quality for price.

Overall very nice!
I previously ordered one of these style masks from a different brand and wanted this to compare to the other, but when this arrived, it turns out it's the same exact mask - both came in the same "MINI MASK" box. It might be worth shopping around on Amazon to see if other brands are in fact selling this same mask for less.Like the other mask, this one works well and has a ton of styles available to choose from. You simply hit the button at the top of the mask to change to a different design. Some of the designs are cute and some are most spooky. The one thing I don't like about this mask is that it includes "gesture sensing". This has nothing to do with facial gestures - what it actually means is that there is a small proximity sensor at the top front of the mask, just below the button, and if you wave your hand by it, the design on the mask will change. Functionally, this is the same as hitting the button, that is right next to the sensor. Gesture sensing can be enabled and disabled by holding your hand over the sensor for a couple of seconds, but even if disabled, you can inadvertently enable it if you're wearing a hoody that hangs over your forehead or if your hair hangs down too much. I don't like this because it's totally conceivable that the wearer could go out dressed in a hoodie with the Scream mask displayed, but because of that poorly designed sensor, the hoodie could accidently change the Scream mask to a pig or a frog - not at all what was intended - and the wearer would have no idea until someone tells them. This mask is very cool and my kids absolutely love playing with them, but I really wish that "gesture sensing" sensor didn't exist. It in virtually the same location as the button, which makes it even more ridiculous to include. If you're looking for an electronic mask, I would recommend this, but would caution you about using it along with other head coverings.

Very Cool But Has Design Flaws
My pre-teen picked this out. It's exactly as described and has a great selection of faces. Some of them are a little funky. It's weird that it actually says the word with the image on some. There's a heart design that is missing chunks or slightly mutilated because of the eye cutouts. Little things like that make me think they didn't really put a whole lot of effort into the design process. We were also stumped by the gesture option until reading other reviews. We thought it would change expressions based on your expression and kept trying to get it to do that. We've never had it change images without us pressing the button, though, so I guess that's a plus. It's also worth noting that your nose size will probably dictate how comfortable this is. My nose is thinner at the top and it doesn't bother me. My kiddo's nose is wider at the top and he says it's uncomfortable.I'm removing a star because of the quality issues. I also think value-wise, it's better priced around $40. All that said, though, I probably still would have bought this in the store at this price point if my kid wanted it. It's pretty cool.

Simple functionality - read what they mean by "gesture sensing before ordering"
Overall, this is a pretty neat little kids mask for the price. However, read the description carefully so you understand what the (limited) features are of this mask. When I originally ordered it I thought the "gesture sensing" was a dynamic feature that sensed facial features and changed the LED animation on the mask - but this is not how it works. The "gesture sensing" applies only to change the design on the mask - which can actually be done easily (and quite inadvertently). Also, the mask is somewhat uncomfortable to wear, but not too bad for just a couple of hours at a time.Despite the limitations, it still is a pretty cool little mask for the price.
