Poor quality
The bag is super cute but fell apart 3 days into school! Straps broke off and the zipper completely ripped off so we had to cut the bag to get my son’s stuff out of it. This was on the 4th day of school! My son is in first grade so was not carrying heavy items just a lunch box really. Very disappointed in the quality. Need to buy a new bag now.

Product poorly made
I bought this for my 7 year old grandson. The zipper broke along with the shoulder strap. He loves Ninja Turtles and was so disappointed in his new backpack. It made me feel awful!!!

Straps ripped off
We are very disappointed with the backpack. School just started and two straps already ripped. The child is 4 years old and only carrying a few items. Doesn’t make sense.
