works great. Keeps the water out!!! Easy to install. I used Gorilla Glue heavy duty construction adhesive under mine. Two tubes of the adhesive required for a 20 foot wide double garage door. Clean the concrete with acetone or isopropyl alcohol before applying the adhesive. Park your car outside before installing...let the adhesive cure for 24 hours before driving across the rubber seal.pro tip: you can still get water coming in at each end of the garage door seal. What I did and it worked great is this: After you have installed the new seal on the floor, get a caulk gun sized tube of 100% silicone seal (I used clear). Do not use acrylic caulk with silicone. USE 100% SILICONE SEAL. With garage door raised, put a LARGE dollop size of silicone seal (golf ball size or bigger) on the concrete between the edge of the seal and the corner of the garage door frame. Apply a very thin film of VASELINE petroleum jelly to the bottom of your garage door (this acts as an anti-sticking agent). Close the garage door. Leave it closed for 24 hours....turn off the breaker to the opener, or unplug it...or else someone will open it!!) The garage door will displace the dolop of silicone seal so that the dolop conforms to the bottom of the garage door and it creates a dam which will prevent water from entering at the end of the garage floor seal that you just installed. I should have done this YEARS ago!!

As the product line states this will keep weather along with mice and other small critters out. Fairly easy to install. I laid the stripping out in the sun on a warm day, so that it laid out nicely. Following directions carefully I applied adhesive and place the stripping under my garage door. Works great!!

Easy installation keeps water and wind out seals great

This is so much better than the builder-installed thin weather trim at the base of the garage doors.The only additional task was to "learn" the garage door to the slightly thicker "elevation" of this trim, so it wouldn't bounce back up thinking it was being obstructed.

The garage door bottom works very well. It was easy to cut and apply. So far I am very pleased.

We’ve had trouble keeping water from seeping under one of our garage doors since we moved in. We tried everything we were told about. This product really works and stopped water seeping in. It was easy to install too.

I had been having issues with water pooling up inside of my garage near the door after heaving rains. No matter the wind direction, there was always some sort of pooling up. Over time it started to expand even more so it led me to believe it was a combination of the poor seal on the garage door itself as well as the slant with my driveway/garage entrance so I took a gamble on this thing.I cut it down to size to span across the entire garage door (plus a lil extra), was easy enough to cut with a pair of scissors. I initially laid it down flat and let the garage door close down on it so I could outline where I needed to set this thing. Once done, I just used a bottle of liquid nails I had laying around from home depot rather than deal with any recommended adhesive (I didnt order the adhesive with my purchase). The liquid nails appears to be holding just fine.I finally had a strong rain storm the other night and there was not a spot of water in my garage so I believe this thing is doing the job its intended to do. I absolutely love it. The only thing that some people may be mindful of is the "curb" it has which may make it more difficult for people with bikes to get in/out. My vehicles go right over with no issues so its a non-factor for me.Overall, 5/5 and highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  Lo compre para poner en la entrada porque se me metia el agua en epoca de lluvia. No la podia parar con nada. Pero con esta cinta, nunca mas he tenido ese problema. Viene grande, como para poner en dos puertas de tamaño normal. En el video ya esta muy usada, la pegamos con un silicon sellador. Lo recomiendo!

Good thick rubber. Seals under door 100%. I used it to keep flood water from getting in under the door.Just make sure you place it right (dry run) or you may not be able to close the door fully and lock it.Highly recommend.
