Great pasta!!
I'm working on eliminating gluten from my diet. Being a bread and pasta lover, the possibilities for finding a good tasting gluten-free substitute was daunting. After reading the reviews for Tinkyada products I tried the elbow and spiral pastas. Originally I followed the cooking instructions exactly because I'd read that gluten-free pasta doesn't hold together as well as pasta containing gluten. I found that cooking the pasta for the full time is okay, but it tends to fall apart a bit when being mixed for pasta salad. The taste is great but I like my pasta to stay somewhat intact. Through experiments with cooking time I found that a cooking time of 12 minutes, from adding the spiral pasta to the already boiling water, gets much better results. The instructions call for 16 minutes, but 12 minutes leaves the pasta with just enough texture to be "al dente" and hang together in my "famous" pasta salad. Also, frequent stirring during the cooking helps enormously. The elbows are somewhat brown from the bag, but cook up to a nice cream color, so it doesn't appear to be a whole grain pasta, which causes some picky eaters to turn up their noses. So my pasta love is no longer thwarted by "gluten-free!"And, for those looking for good gluten-free bread, I highly recommend Chebe Bread Original Cheese Bread Mix, Gluten Free, 7.5-Ounce Bags (Pack of 8) mixes!!! Good stuff. I've baked up the original cheese bread mix and LOVE it. I'm now ordering the pizza crust mix. Can't wait to have gluten-free pizza!!!

My favorite gluten free pasta!
I have celiac disease, but no one else in my house does. So I need pasta that everyone will like, especially my kids. I tried all the brands, but Tinkyada is the best. Every variety of their pasta is great. It doesn't get over-cooked and mushy. It doesn't stick together, like SO many other brands of gluten free pasta tend to do. Plus, it comes in really healthy varieties, and lots of different shapes. Buying it in bulk is a great savings, too, especially if you have Amazon Prime. It's one of those things that I can make, and no one knows that they're getting something gluten free, so I can feel like everyone else in that little way, which is nice.

Tender and tasty 😋 these are my very favorite GF Noodles!
I've tried other brands of GF noodles, and these, by far, are the best in my opinion!

the BEST gluten free pasta available
There are so many good things about this pasta it's hard to cover them all. Probably the best thing is that you can't tell the difference between conventional pasta and these, they taste and behave almost identically. And they're really easy to cook, there's a great energy saving method where you put the pasta in boiling water, stir, and then turn the heat off and let them sit for 7-10 minutes and viola! your pasta is perfect. If you're wondering if these are worth it - go for it! I buy them by the case! My kids love them and my husband can't tell the difference :)

Great versatile noodles!
Love these noodles! My family can't ever tell they aren't gluten. They always try to eat what I've cooked! Lol! And if you add a little extra virgin olive oil after you drain water. They will stay in fridge for a few days and not get hard. Try covering them of course. They don't swell super large if you store them in fridge in spaghetti sauce either. I use them to make noodle salad mostly. EVOO, Italian seasonings, black olives, green olives, chopped artichoke hearts, & Italian dressing. Then add parmesan cheese before serving. Another summer cold salad favorite with them is Mayo, a little yellow mustard, salt & pepper to taste. Then add chopped bacon right before serving. Good with sandwiches or as a side to Bar B Q!

Bye-Bye Gluten, Hello Pasta!
I have gluten sensitivity which causes inflammation and increased arthritis symptoms, but I missed pasta so badly. I found this on the Ann Esselstyn safe foods list as a gluten free alternative to whole wheat pasta and ordered a case of these vegetable spirals. I'll never eat anything else but rice pasta again! My husband (who has no gluten sensitivity) loves this too and prefers it to whole wheat pasta. It's hard to distinguish this pasta from wheat pasta in taste and texture. It tends to go a bit mushy by the second reheating if you have leftovers, so we make just enough for one meal at a time and add the sauce etc. Starting at al dente also prevents leftovers from being too mushy. We have since purchased the plain spirals and fettuccine to our pantry and are trying the lasagna next. The price is great too!!
