Quality Laptop
I've had this laptop for about 7 months and have no complaints. It has a solid body, it's light, it's thin and it has a nice screen. The only nit for me is the camera doesn't support Windows Hello facial-recognition, so you have to use the fingerprint reader or your passcode to start Windows. That's such a minor issue I still give this machine 5 stars for the quality of the build, aesthetics and engineering.

Fast and light
Great screenWith 17” screen, took a while to adjust fonts for system display and applications.RoboForm & Qucken took a while to find settings to increase font size large enough to comfortably read. Also took a little poking around to increase task bar & related icons

So light that it feels like there's nothing inside
The is a remarkable piece of art of LG. It came in earlier than expected. The screen is bright with vivid colors. The keyboard responds nicely and is convenient to use, especially with the Numpad. The various software I use is basic office software but responded faster than expected. Highly recommended.

2021 but 2020
This model is a bit misleading. I don't blame the seller for this. Be aware, this is a 2020 model, but with upgraded processor and battery from the factory and manufactured in 2021 still with the factory seal on the box. That's right, same flimsy chassis as last year, just with some of the better components like the battery and main chip. It requires the barrel charger, and doesn't have two Thunderbolt 4 ports, just a single USB-C. Call it a transitional model. It's not worth paying a premium for over that of a true 2021 model. While I feel duped, it's not terrible enough to send back either, again not the sellers fault, more LG's for having two 2021 models and not differentiating between the two so we the consumer understand that. The seller was super fast and I can't ask a whole lot more from them, they get an A++ from me.

So lightweight!
Looked at different options and compared. I’m very happy I picked this one!

Touchpad issues
Touchpad click feature (left click, right click) ceases to work intermittently. Have to press hard to click even though I adjusted the sensitivity to the highest sensitivity option. Sometimes it just doesn't click at all and I have to restart my PC.

IMPORTANT: needs driver update to avoid screen problem
we ordered a laptop and did all of the windows updates (and also used the LG update software - but that indicated no updates needed). the laptop is quite nice... but the screen kept flickering on and off and would sometimes appear blurry. so we returned the unit and ordered a replacement (two actually, since we liked the unit outside of what we thought was a hardware glitch). same problem with both units!since we really wanted to keep the units, we spent time to debug the system. we found that the issue can be resolved by installing the updated intel iris xe driver from the intel website (google intel iris xe download - it was the first webpage listed for me). this updated the display adapter driver from 27.20.100.8853 (driver date 10/14/20) to 27.20.100.9316 (driver date 2/18/21). this fixed the problem.
