Sturdy and easy to use
My initial impression after using this bike stand a couple times is that the quality is excellent (i.e. very sturdy and quite stable) and that it's easy to use. One particularly good thing about this stand is that the "jaws", when gripping the bike's horizontal frame tube, are positioned to the right and left side of the tube rather than on the bottom and top sides of the tub. For a bike such as mine, which has 3 steel cables (1 for brakes and 2 for gear shifting) running along the top of the horizontal tube, this is much better. Note that you may have to tighten the screw on the metal clamp that locks the upper tube of the stand into position; otherwise, the weight of your bike may cause it to slide down into the lower tube of the stand. Once I did that, it held the bike perfectly. So far, I'm very pleased with this stand.

Very nice
I had a little problem with the jaws coming apart. This was quickly resolved by real people. Very good customer service. The jaws are a bit long so make sure your post is long enough.

Works as intended. Unsure of the Clam Arm.
Purchased this over a Park Tool 10.2. I wanted the small footprint when not in use along with the portability that is indicated. I can't say this isn't nice or that it doesn't hold my bike steady. It is nice and it does hold the bike steady. But the arm is a bit wonky and it took some time to feel that it was going to do the job safely. After using this for over a month and having done some minor jobs on my bikes, I do like it. The clamp is great. The rachet with the spinning handle to tighten at the end is easy to use with one hand while holding your bike with the other. I had no trouble getting the bike up and doing work on it the first use. But I realized I had to rotate the arm to stop it from sagging. An easy fix that was more operator error than the stand being bad. But even with the arm properly seated and positioned, there is a tiny bit of sag. Not the end of the world, but my 34lbs bike shouldn't be maxing this out, but it looks like it might be.It is stable and looks great. Easy to open and close. You can do it with one hand if you had to. The stand is super lightweight and I can see taking it with us on trips. I didn't get the bag since it was ridiculously overpriced but I will get something to carry it with us when we go on road trips. Currently for storage, I collapse down the arm and the top half and fold in the legs 90%. This allows it to stand upright on its own an still take up only a few inches on the floor.I think that might be its best feature.

Feedback Spirts bicycle repair stand
I have had one of these stands for a number of years and use it for many of my bike repairs and also take it with me so I can clean my bike off after a dirty or muddy mountain bike ride. I bought this one for my son for repairs on he and his wife’s bikes.Great portable stand and is very useful in positioning the bike for repairs or cleaning. Very good and highly adjustable clamp to secure the bike.

DIY Bicycle Maintence? .... You Need This!
Are you tired of wrestling your bike to change a tire, tweak the gears, or clean it up? With this repair stand, gone are the need for make do props, and additional helpers. Also, your sore knees and back ache may go away. Changing a tire or cleaning the bike is almost fun with this. Adjusting a derailleur is a piece of cake. Work can be done sitting on a stool, or standing at about chest level. This repair stand is very well made, functional, sturdy, relatively compact, and easy to use. It stores away nicely when you are done. The weight of your bicycle might be some consideration. My main bicycle is a vintage 1994 Colnago road bike with clinchers. This repair stand could take more weight than my bike, but I am not sure how much. It is pretty stout. However, I don't know how it might work with an off-road bike. Someone else might speak to that.I had looked at bicycle repair stands for years. Most were either too expensive, or permanent fixtures for a commercial store/shop. Speaking of bike shops, I shopped around for a shop to do some annual maintenance and clean up. I wasn't totally surprised to get prices over $200, for labor alone, just to replace 2 tires, replace the chain, and clean my bike. By the time I added the inflated shop prices for the materials the total cost was out of sight. Don't get me wrong, I am all for supporting local businesses, and do when it is a reasonable situation. This repair stand is paid for about the cost of one spring tune-up by a bike shop,So, get one of these and stop the self abuse of bicycle maintenance done down on the floor.Disclaimer: I have no relationship with Feedback Sports except the purchase of their repair stand.

It's okay, but definitely not meant for an e-bike.
Pay close attention to how much your e-bike weighs, and then look at the specifications and weight limits of the stand that you are purchasing. This particular one is a beast, pretty hefty and heavy. But unfortunately, I didn't feel confident that it would hold up a 70 to 80 lb ebike with all the accessories.I ended up returning it, and going with a different brand that was about 20 to 30% less expensive as well.

If your Head Clamp is not working...
Picked up this bike stand after my $65 one I bought a few years ago bit the dust (the plastic head just wore out). figured I would get something me sturdy and well built. It was easy to assemble and figure out.One issue though: The head clamp would not stay close. The way it works is you close the clamp around your bike and it stays closed. You fine tune the grip with a spin knob and release with a quick release. When you close the clamp, it works on a ratchet system so you can hear it clicking. Mine was not doing that would would not stay closed. I emailed Feedback and within a few hours got a response. Matt, from Feedback, recommended I forcefully shut the clamp. That should do the trick. I did as instructed and it worked. I appreciate Feedback's quick response and easy solution. I know another reviewer actually disassembled his head clamp which looks like a pain in the butt.Anyway, looking forward to using this stand!

Refined Workstand
This is an excellently made product . All parts oozes quality . The red aluminium is beautiful. The silver cam action clamps are very strong , and can be easily used one handed. The 3 legs are connected which makes adjustment action happen together. Rubber at the base of feet secure a good even pressure on the floor. The clamping jaw is the best available in any bike repair stand . It has quick clamp & release with rubber strips along the jaws - so no damage to part being clamped . The final tightening is done using the strong black metal tri-screw. Titling of the head is very easy & robust using the back metal screw. The only negative I can find is that the main aluminium tubing could be more rigid . There is flex in the main tubing when holding a heavier Mtb bike . These tubes should be of heavier section. The unit can extend quiet tall too. It is quick & easy to open & close . It is light & closes to a compact shape. I also purchased the handlebar holder or " flop stop " . Very useful & can be adjusted to hold handlebars at an angle if desired . I am waiting on the tote bag which is another accessory . I did not purchase the plastic work tray as yet . These 3 items are expensive as indeed is the stand , I think they should come included with the stand . Hensey the 1 star deducted.
