I loved this but the USB did not work. The engraving was nice on both the box and USB. I contacted the Company and they are going to send me another. I will re evaluate when I get the new one.

Very cute box, the engraving is perfect. It's clear so you can see it. The flash drive is a true size. If not then just format it. Great ideas for weddings. Will definitely keep this in my box for future weddings.

The use of the thumb drive is horrible. It took 14 mins to copy 1 photo to the thumb drive. The thumb drive is very slow if you are trying to transfer files on to it. It is not good for photography or to store pictures. I would not recommend if you are trying to do professional work with this thumb drive. I am also unable to upload a video to the thumb drive. I reached out to the owner for assistance and to share my issues. The owner said to format the thumb drive. Formatted completed and still no improvement. Understand this thumb drive can’t be returned and due to that, the owner needs to offer customer high quality technology. As for the appearance and design of the thumb drive and case, it’s beautiful. But as we all know beauty doesn’t get the job done. I DO NOT recommend.

very good quality everything is almost perfect…. the USB is not the best wish they could make a little better even if they raise the price.

The engraving was different shades like the power of whatever was doing the engraving was running out and the usb looked very used. No good. I can’t gift this to my client. The USB part looks like its been used for decades. the metal is all scraped up and stained. Im pretty sure it is recycled.

First off I was NOT expecting this product to be as good as it is. It definitely has a wow factor to it and it is a very good product indeed. Had to format to ExFat in order to transfer a large file but that's USB for you. It is surprisingly fast... Not blazing speeds but fast enough. Works with my smart TV without any hassle. Engravings were nicely done as well. Overall I am very very happy with this. Will definitely be ordering in the future when I have more photography gigs coming up.
