I don't understand the negative reaction to these vents. I think they are a great value, we're easy to install, and they look fine. A couple of screws will prevent the two parts from separating.

I bought this to replace 2 aged air flow vents sized 5” in diameter. After looking at several local home improvement stores I decided to give this product a try.I wasn’t disappointed. This product fit perfectly and was very easy to install.

You cannot beat these for the price good quality construction easy to install great product.

The adjustable design is really convenient for controlling ventilation, especially during warmer nights. The white ABS plastic looks clean and blends in well with the ceiling, giving it a neat, low-profile appearance.The build quality feels durable, and installation was quick and easy. I also appreciate that it comes in a 2-pack, which is great if you’re updating multiple rooms.My only small complaint is that I wish the vent was just a little bit wider to better cover the opening I had. It still works well, but a slightly larger size would’ve made it a perfect fit.Overall, a great choice for improving bedroom ventilation!

Product installation was easy. The connection plate has slots for the screws, so it's easy to place and then adjust in place.The screws were too small for the slots, though, so I had to add some washers which don't come in the box. Also, if one hopes to get any help from the instructions, you're out of luck since they're written in a far east alphabet. Lastly, they grill cover snaps in place, but the snap is not super tight, and I worried about it falling off in high winds. So I overlayed the snaps with tape to make the connection tighter.

Snaps right in and find hold it in place. No need for screws. Looks good and isn’t heavy enough to bend tiles. Will have to use mastic tape because it’s a little smaller than 6” duct but a large zip strap and some tape works fine.

Didn’t fit my vents- the fins weren’t flexible enough to get in.They reached out and offered a refund, but never sent one.

I've been doing HVAC work since 1990. These are by far the easiest to install and most efficient vent fittings I've ever used.
