Talk About BAD!!
This writer is hell bent on giving you one wild ride with words. The characters made themselves at home in my head. I think I'll let them hang out there for a bit.Besides, what's the worst that can happen?

Suspense At a Fever Pitch
The Bad Games books read like a very well paced movie. Once I get going I cant stop. Twists and Turns and Excitement abound. And Jeff ALWAYS leaves you a little cliffhanger at the end

Fast-paced and Twisted!
I've personally become very fond of the author's works! I've read a few thus far.Bad Games: Hellbent is, of course, the third and final installment in the Bad Games Series. Naturally, it is suggested you read the first two installments first. When I first started the series, My first thought was that this is some really sick...! But at the same time, I couldn't put it down! Obviously, I was hooked, because I read all three in succession, taking time out to work, eat, etc. Lol.There is no point in me describing the basis of the story, as Amazon has accurately and eloquently done so already. Suffice it to say that the book's description as a "dark psychological thriller" is SPOT ON! It is quite dark in that the the protagonists are almost unimaginably evil and sadistic! Yet the story is well-written enough so as to not be so far-fetched that its entertainment value is diminished. Quite the contrary is true, in fact. The story is very well-written and engrossing. I might also add that I am personally turned off by some novels' over-the-top use of objectionable language that goes far beyond what one might reasonably expect if such situations were real and that unnecessarily detract from the story entertainment value. Gladly, I didn't find that here as I thought I might from such a dark story.

Another so so entry
The idea for this entry is good, but it is way too drawn out and long. Two thirds of this book are unnecessary backstory that could have been taken out and not changed the overall story. I'm not sure if this was self published, but if not, the editor should be fired for wasting so much time. The ending was also super rushed and wrapped up way more quickly than the rest of the book. Overall it was a good story but wasted so much time getting to the good stuff

Couldn't put this down
After reading the first two books in this trilogy, I couldn't wait for this to be released. I wasn't disappointed. This is an author who keeps the excitement flowing from page 1. No unnecessary padding - just pure action from the beginning. The synopsis will tell you what the story is about so won't bore you with the storyline. Suffice to say, it was great to revisit characters from the first two books. The main focus of the book is Domino - the hero, who is put through his paces by Monica...the lady who came into her own in the second book of the series. Monica's character never changes and it is good to see a female portrayed as the baddy for a change...and what a baddy she is! She is ruthless. I especially liked the part of the book where she sets up tasks for Domino to complete and the author describes them so well that the reader will actually feel as though they are participating themselves. This book can be read without reading the first two books but I would recommend that you do read them first as these two books are brilliant too. Looking forward to reading much more by this author.

Absolutely fantastic!!!!
I never usually get into trilogys because the subsequent books never seem to be as good as the first. But this has been by far the best I have ever read. I read the first and second books back to back and was literally bursting at the seams to carry on so when I found this had been released I had bought it straight away and read it within 2 days. After the end of the second one I was devastated and had no idea where this would go. I can't give too much away but I wasn't disappointed. As usual, the story was so cleverly written there was no way you could put this down - you HAVE to know what happens. I like the fact that there are small chapters too so when you do finally have to come back to the land of the living you can jump straight back into it.I was not disappointed with this and I would recommend this series of book to everyone and anyone. I have never had a favourite author before but I think Jeff Menapace has just become it!

Perfection in a book
It's a long time since I have read a series of books back to back but this was absolutely brilliant. This is my first time reading Jeff menopace books but it definitely won't be the last. What an absolutely brilliant author. This third book in the trilogy was amazing. It was moving, suspenseful, thought provoking well you name it, it was everything you could possibly want from a dark psychological thriller. Kept me reading until well into the early hours. Did leave me wondering if he was going to take the Kelly Blaine story further, I hope so. I look forward to more from this hugely talented guy.
