Got this for my seven year old granddaughter and she loves it. I was a bit smaller than I expected but gives a good bright light for bedside reading.

This is a really nice, attractive, easy to use lamp. It seems robust and I like the dimmable option. The only negative is that it always turns on at the brightest setting, so it blinds you until you turn it down.
