The necklace is very cute and light. I am pretty rough on my necklaces, but I haven't had any issues with it breaking or tarnishing. I do take it off before I shower, but it gets wet from washing my face and I have seen any damage to it!

Update: After wearing it for about 1 hour, the chain broke.The necklace is very pretty but it is definitely not Stirling Silver. I plan to keep it because it's very cute but understand now why it's only $23.
