Should be plenty. Do a few light coats first. Also it depends on how much of the AR you plan to paint.

Use a air brush or canned air spray bottle. Other would be way to big in less your bought a large amount to spray.

Q: do I mix the whole bottle of hardner to the whole 4 oz bottle of duracoat to spray with a preval sprayer?

The more hardner you add, the shinier the finish - which mean the object you're coating will reflect more light, which often is a negative. After repeated use, I've found that around one-third/one-half of the bottle of hardner is sufficient...especially if you're adding multiple coats of the Duracoat (2-3).

Q: How do you apply this paint

This listing is for a 4 oz bottle with hardener. You prep the items to be painted by cleaning and degreasing and then lightly sanding or blasting. Then you mix the Duracoat and hardener according to the directions included and spray with your own air brush or paint gun. If you don't have an air brush or paint gun loom at the Shake N Spray Kit or the aerosol kit. They are available in all colors too.
