I received a message from the seller few days later and was instructed to take the supplement with a meal to avoid any nausea and stomach pains. My mom has been taking them with a heavier meal and no longer experiences the negative side effects. As far as efficacy of the product, I believe it’s a bit too soon to say, but will update in a few weeks.
