Yerba Mate Latte with Magic Mushroom Extracts and Ceylon Cinnamon, Vegan & Dairy Free, 195g

I have been using the yerba matte mushroom extract tea powder for several weeks and am happy with the tea. I was at first a little apprehensive about using it because there is not much on the source of the mushrooms. However, there is information on 3rd party testing on the product page. I have not experienced any apparent side effects. I have not strained the powder, although one could. It dissolves extremely well for a powder. I simply mix it in with chilled lemonade and enjoy a treat. It has been refreshing and uplifting each day I have used it. I do think that it has a positive impact on how I feel and my energy levels. I would consider reordering in the future.

I dig this stuff. I expected to kind of have to choke it down like medicine, but it's actually nice. I tried it without straining first and I liked the creamy texture, but the residue got pretty heavy by the end. Straining it (as suggested by brewing instructions) is probably the way to go. Anyways, the flavor is nice, earthy, complex, and wholesome. I hate stevia, but they managed to mostly hide that flavor. The tea is most similar to matcha in texture and flavor, but much more complex.The bag is about the size I expected, servings are a tablespoon, and I hope it'll last most of the month. It may have been a fluke or in my head, but I feel like my mood boosted when I drank it, kind of like CBD does sometimes. My wife also loved the flavor, but didn't notice any mood boost. This is now my second favorite way to consume mushrooms (the fresh, real thing is always first).

I'll take just about any kind that I can get, but I am admittedly a little bit unfamiliar with yerba maté. I just never got around to getting into it. So when I saw an interesting tea with mushroom extracts like this on Amazon, I knew that I had to try it.I brewed this Yerba mate tea pretty much according to the instructions. I use the qualifier of "pretty much" because the directions recommend using a filter bag. I don't actually keep any filter bags on hand, because I typically find that using an open brewer with a screen at the bottom is the way to go. But in this case, I substituted a metal coffee filter that I usually use for drip coffee. I'm not sure how much that will impact the flavor profile, but I think the spirit of the directions is followed.As for the flavor, I was pleasantly surprised, then unpleasantly put off. The tea itself is actually decent. Anyone who's had yerba maté before knows that it's got a notably earthy flavor. This particular blend is no exception. However, there is the unfortunate inclusion of Stevia as a sweetener. I really don't like Stevia and frankly, it ruins this tea. The flavor is immediate and noticeable. The cold, hard truth is that I'm just not going to drink anymore of this as a result.So this one ended up being another miss for me. I tried a lot of different tees over the last couple of months, and every single one that had Stevia as a sweetener was lost on me. That being said, I'm not going to punish this tea too much in my reading, as other people might find it more palatable than I did. So my final score will wind up being three stars out of five. I would personally not order this over again, though, as I'm not gonna drink the first bag. I might try and find a friend who likes Stevia and yerba maté so that it doesn't go to waste though.

This mushroom yerba mate tea tastes quite good. It comes in a powder form but doesn't dissolve completely in water. There are settlements floating on top and at the bottom. I would recommend using a fine strainer to brew or filter the tea. The tea itself has a strong, earthly flavor with a spicy cinnamon taste and a subtle nutty note probably from the mushroom extracts. It is pretty enjoyable and energizing.This comes in a resealable, foil-lined bag. It is an interesting blend of organic yerba mate, organic mushroom extracts, organic Ceylon cinnamon, organic palm sugar, organic coconut milk powder and organic stevia. The adaptogenic mushroom extracts are a nice touch. Overall, I like this. It is easy to make and tastes good. You will want to use a strainer though. For $2 per serving, it is a decent value for the money. Made in China.

I am so impressed with this product. I had never tried this prior to now and I actually like it! It’s a different taste but so good! I actually mixed mine with some vanilla syrup and also with caramel syrup and let me tell ya it was amazing! I even made some cold tea to drink and that was pretty good as well. Although, I prefer this particular one hot. It’s got the perfect creamy taste to it and I don’t feel jittery but energetic. I also don’t feel anxious I’m relaxed so it’s strange but feels wonderful to me physically. It’s a treat for sure!

It was tasty and a unique version to him and new to me. I liked it too and was quite impressed. If you are new to Yerba Mate we recommend you give this a try, it is quite nice.

This Organic Yerba Mate Latte mix was surprisingly subtle in flavor so don't let the ingredients scare you off. I felt a good jump in my energy after 30 minutes of drinking a cup of this latte mix and it's much preferred than a second cup of coffee in the afternoon as I'm trying to reduce my dependency on that wonderful beverage, sigh.The packet is resealable and when opened you honestly don't get a huge smell of anything weird. I definitely recommend it if this is in your budget, however at $25.95 it's extremely steep.
