Bed is made of good wood just ashame the manufacturer fault

We bought this bed but would have preferred if it had said in the main headline NO SLATS WITH THIS BED.Dismantled ours and the found we didn’t have slats.Was really awkward as a disabled personAlso just seen that the main piece of wood for the side of the bed is cracked so we can’t use it. It was packed with the damage as the packing was intact.Very difficult to get hold of customer services. They have three more days until I take further actionNo: broken piece replaced. Bought slats but don’t fit as bed is 5’3” and slats 5’. Mattress too small as that is also 5’ a nightmare to put together, Don’t bother buying from this company, WHAT A NIGHTMARE.

Ich wollte Qualität, und ich habe sie bekommen.Das Bett ist robust, stabil und schön.Zu zweit wäre es natürlich einfacher gewesen, aber ich habe trotzdem das Bett alleine problemlos montiert.Klare Kaufempfehlung!

4 Sterne nur weil die Gewindestangen und Muttern zum befestigen des Bettes sehr schlechte Qualität haben.Bett sieht toll aus, ist stabil aber die Montage nicht ganz einfach.Mutter und Gewindestangen liessen sich nicht immer montieren da die Gewinde von schlechter Qualität sind.Als Metaller war es kein Problem für mich die Gewinde nachzuarbeiten. Werkzeug dazu zu hause.Nachdem die Probleme behoben waren steht nun ein optisch und technisch tolles Bett in unserem Gästezimmer. Was wohl für viele Jahre reichen sollte.Holz top, Metall flop.
