Most pleased with th sleek looks and ease of set up. It has taken longer than it should due to hospital appointments, sick doggies and other issues.Normally would have finished the day of unpacking but have had lots of distractions.Finding it a bit difficult to use the pad to manoeuvre round the screen, it's a lot faster than my old fingers are used to. The addition of silicon keypad covers makes it easy if you need to cope with different keyboard setups. I spent quite a few years with an Australian laptop with UK setup which meant having little stickers on the keys (which kept falling off) . With the silicon masks you can easily change from one setup to another by replacing the mask, also stops all the dust and food crumbs getting between the keys. :-)Boot up is quick and once my fingers get up to speed I'll be extremely happy.All in all extremely happy with performance and price.

My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and finds it impossible to use a mouse or track ball. She has difficult bending her fingers and is also very painful so she can only use the track pad but the pad on this computer is awful and difficult to use. You had to press really hard on it. I found it poor and difficult to use.The computer itself is great and has a high spec. Great to use with my track ball and a good price.Overall I would recommend it as long as you dont use the track pad.

I bought this as a present for my son, and he is very happy indeed.The laptop starts up quickly, and it can handle lots of tabs simultaneously without losing speed.Do take care when you set up the laptop. Included in the box are eight keyboard covers, so it can be used in different countries. You need to choose the right option for you.One downside is the built-in speakers sound awful - they sound really tinny, but if you use headphones (my son uses bluetooth ones) the sound improves.

Bought this laptop on amazon prime day deal for me to use for emails, coursework etc. It's very stylish and a nice size. Quick to load and easy to set up. @ and " buttons seem to be the wrong way round though. Not sure if this can be fixed or not. Doesn't bother me too much though. Nice screen lighting and nice large keypad

This is far better than previous laptops I've ever had, don't delay definitely wort purchasing.

So I ordered this laptop knowing it was a gamble. I can honestly say I have been very surprised with how good this laptop has been. There has been no lag in performance. I even installed the true test of the processor by installing football manager and using a large database (for those who don't play this makes the game process much slower as it has a lot more to run through) and there has been no issues. Never know the game to run so quickly or smoothly.Internet browsing, as long as internet speed allows has been very good and switching between programs has been no issues for this computer.Would definitely recommend this computer for someone who wants something that performs well and isn't bothered by the brand.
