Received this yesterday. I highly recommend. My patient and I had a peace of mind last night having communication if needed. This would be amazing for dementia patients. I will be recommending these for all of my in home patients and caregiver family members. Thank you so much for an item needed by so many!

I have had this camera for a few days. I am very satisfied. There are a few false alarms as it picks up movement from the bed so I keep tweaking the camera position. I have a baby monitor so if the alarm goes off I can see if he is getting out of bed or not. The combination is working well for me. I am slowly turning the volume down of the baby monitor as I trust the motion camera more each day. My husband has a little more then moderate dementia but has used the call button. This is helpful too. For some reason I usually catch him pushing it so I know it is not a false alarm. I have spoken to him from the baby monitor to verify he needs me. Honestly, last night I got an adequate night's sleep, first in weeks. I am very happy I bought this. Also, I had a question and emailed them. They were very helpful and prompt.

We have a family member that is special needs. We do not always have the ability to be in the same room and still get things done around the house. This gives him the ability to find us when needed as well as gives us the ability to know if he has wondered off from where we expect him to be. Great tool!

I need the App on my iPhone. The instructions for App configuration are useless. Following the steps exactly as instructed does not work. The App never finds the two alarm stations. The setup lights that are supposed to blink for success never appear. And, there is no way to contact customer support. VERY frustrating and useless paging system.

Great product and will definitely wake you up if the person is trying to get out of bed. Convenient for where you want to put the base and then have the pager separate. Sturdy material and very affordable!

Why is the pager only able to pair three buttons? My parents are located in 4 different areas and need one to wear walking from place to place.

We have a large house and got this for my mom after she had a stroke and was a fall risk bc we couldnt hear her if she called from her room or bathroom or the porch she likes to hang out on. no need to take the receiver everywhere w us just puttingit n central area it was very loud and could be heard from anywhere inside the house.
