Journey to the Edge of Heaven

This book truly touched my heart. I have been a caregiver for many Hospice clients. And have always felt it was a honor to able to help with this journey of end of life. But unfortunately I was often worried because I didn't think I'd be able to answer all the questions the client or family might have. But I had the privilege to work with Jan . It seemed when a question did arise Jan would be the nurse that would be on call. She would always answer the questions and we'd all feel at peace with the answer. I'd thank her and she would give everyone a big hug and leave a smile in all of our hearts. I would ask her how she always seemed to know the hard answers and she would smile and tell me God gave her the words. I'm so proud of Jan for writing this book. It will help others understand the beautiful journey to the edge of heaven. Jan you truly are a one of God's angels on earth.

About a year ago, I lost my dear mom to mesothelioma. It is an incurable cancer and very difficult to persevere through. After she died, I had a million questions about how she passed over and if she was comfortable during her last few days. I had come to a peace about those questions thru my own research and soul searching. Jan's book has reaffirmed all that I learned and experienced even more so that there is a God, there is a heaven and we should not be afraid of death for we are never, ever alone. I truly love this book and am most thankful to know Jan personally and proud to say I know where she came from. Her story is a true story and I can vouch for it. I hope those that read this book feel comfort and grow from her experinces.
