The pill are large but easy to swallow. I had to stop taking this because it has magnesium. Gave me leg cramps.

While I personally did not experience much relief from taking this product, I do not believe it is due to poor quality. Compared to similar products, these capsules are of very good quality. They aren't too big, are easy to swallow, and don't leave a bad aftertaste. If you have good luck with these supplements, this would be a good product for you.

Ordered to try and see if I get any results. Well after taking for awhile I see that it offers some benefits but no results as of current. They are easy to swallow and take daily. No after taste. The pricing is similar to same product in storezWaiting for results to see if its a good value.

I've been taking glucosamanine and Tumeric for a couple months. I swear it has really helped. I have inflammations causing pinched nerves and it's not a miracle but Glucosamine and Tumeric really do work for inflammatory pain. I love that these pills have both. I was using a different brand with both and now, I can't find it so these have exactly the same amount of Tumeric and Glucosamine as my previous brand and it works just as good. This says to take 3 a day but I only take 1-2 - what you need is tumeric and glucosamine to be built up in your system and I'm not sure you need as much as these supplement companies say you do. What I do like about this company is it says 120 (40 days servings) while so many supplements will just misleadingly say 120 capsules acting like it's 120 servings -with that said, it you're on a budget, just take 2 a day and you'll have 2 months here. Great product - great price!

I have been having more issues with pain in my knees, with one being worse than the other.Years ago I took a name brand supplement to help joints - then stopped taking it as it was pricey, and my knees felt better at that time.But now that I am having problems with knee pain again, I looked for a joint supplement and came across this one. The ingredients all looked good, so I ordered them and have started to take them.Having a good amount of glucosamine in them along with chondroitin, I am happy to have found these. They contain tumeric and calcium as well.I will start with taking one and day and build up to the full dosage of 3 tablets per day.Recommend these - good combination of ingredients!
