Budget i5 11th gen laptop
Delivered on time. No issues with the laptop as such. Some people have raised concerns about the warranty being activated before purchase date. Pls reach out to Lenovo customer care and they will fix it.

Reliability issues
I have been using this for 7 months now, and it came with 2 year on-site warranty.Its slick, overall quality is nice, all the features are as promised.Camera quality is okay, a bit disappointing for a laptop in this price range.However it has massive reliability and hardware issues.Frequent issues with camera not detected or unable to start cameras.Today, the laptop died mid use. There was no multitasking or heavy gaming or any use which would take huge amount of resources. It also stopped taking charge.By my Lenovo experience till date, I wouldn't recommend any Lenovo laptop until they improve their reliability concerns.

Got one day delivery from Amazon !!!Fast booting,comes with Win 11,Performance wise also best.Ideal for developers, student.I am using it for coding and haven't feel its lagging or slow.Go for it. Its Value for money !!!

Poor Battery
Laptop is fast and user friendly. Battery seems to dry off very quickly even for normal usage. Not lasting for 2hours also

Pathetic service
- Charger:- Within three months of normal use the charger broke into pieces. The service team claims that the charger is not covered under warranty- Camera:- The camera stopped working in the first few months. The service team connected online, tried to uninstall and reinstall the camera drivers. They said it was a hardware failure and sent a professional to replace the camera, at the end of which the problem was still not resolved. The professional claimed that it is an issue with the "the OS" or "the Antivirus" or "some settings" and suggested that I try taking it to a different service centre to reinstall the OS and then reach out to them again.
