Big Tone's Pizza
I like cooking thin crust pizzas and this thing is amazing!!! Don't give up if the first several attempts don't turn out perfect, it takes a period of time to learn how to use it. Cheers!

Pizza maker
This awesome. I know it’s a pizza maker, and a good one. I have cooked several pizzas in it. It’s used by 7year old granddaughter to cook everything in it. It great for her. She loves it.

does the job
After trying another table-top pizza baker that just didn't do the job, I find that this device seems to work. There's no reference made in the description to using it to bake frozen, ready-made pizzas but, so far , I've had great success using it for exactly that.I didn't find any guide as to how long to bake the pizzas so it's been basically trial and error. But I'm getting it. And, if you make sure to spray on a non-stick coating as the instructions recommend, cleanup is a breeze. I also like that it stores standing up, taking up less counter space.

Pretty good!
First, read the instructions before using. You definitely need to let it run for 10 minutes before use to get rid of the chemical smell.I used a thin crust frozen pizza first, which is the picture, and it came out great! Cooked for about 15-18 minutes. I don't recommend a self rising pizza as it might get too big and stick to the top. Thin crust or classic crust would be my recommendation.I've also cooked with pizza dough and it came out great, but you do need a pizza peel or large spatula to get the pizza dough into the pizza maker. I made the mistake of not using one and made a mess. The crust turns out nice and crispy on this. The clean up is easy, I just wipe it down with a damp paper towel when it has cooled off. Be aware that it does get very hot so oven mitts might be needed. The pizza maker does make clicking noises while it cycles through heating phases. Sounds like your oven pre-heating. And it will smoke while in use so keep an eye on it.There are two lights red and green, the green will light up when it's ready for use and will cycle on and off through cooking. Keep the cord away from any hot surface of the pizza maker. Speaking of the cord it is very short and gets in the way a bit if you raise the top up.There is no on/off switch. You just unplug it to turn it off.So far I love it and have used it so much. Saves me money on not ordering pizza!

Terrible manufacturer customer service
Since it passed six months after my purchase Amazon couldn’t help me for new replacement. My pizza maker just stopped working, lift was on but it wasn’t warming up. Advised by ama on representative I called directly the manufacturer. Cranky old man didn’t even let me finish my sentence and said nothing could be done and it’s no longer one year warranty they brought it down to six months. He told me to send an email but said they probably won’t do anything either, just to get me off the line. I did send an email and four days ago and no one replied back. So your luck if your appliances work for one year, than throw them out
