I bought these towels for an upcoming Florida trip. I decided to try them out at our local state fair. The towels really helped keep us cool and if you spin it like it says it records again. The bags are a different story. I have used them two times and 2 of the bags are completely ripped just from putting my hand in and taking them out or when putting them in. The bags should be wider so this doesn't happen or the bags could be less flimsy. Will probably still take the two with bags to Florida but wish I would have a family set.

This set of Mini Cooling Towels turned out to be a pleasant surprise in terms of their cooling effectiveness and practical design. The set includes four towels, each boasting a different and attractive color. With dimensions of 9"x31", these towels are a perfect shape for wrapping around the head or draping around the neck, providing instant relief from the heat. Initially, the towels appeared different from what I had expected. The advertisement showed a drawing illustrating three layers coming together to create the cooling effect. Upon closer inspection, I realized that although they appeared to be a single thickness of fabric, there were actually additional layers present. The tight whip-stitch hem around the edges gives them a neatly finished appearance. Contrary to my assumptions, achieving the cooling effect did not require refrigeration or freezing. Instead, the instructions advised wetting the towel with regular tap water, wringing it out well, and placing it around the neck. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this method provided a noticeable and lasting cooling sensation. I kept the towel on for over an hour and it continued to provide a refreshing effect throughout.The set also includes a separate waterproof bag and carabiner for each towel, allowing you to place a wrung-out towel in the bag and attach it to a child or teenager's backpack. They can then retrieve it when they feel hot and sweaty, using it to cool themselves off. While I haven't personally utilized this feature or sent the towels with someone else yet, the summer season is just beginning, and I anticipate my family will get a lot of use out of them.

I like to keep these around to dip in the cooler and hang around my neck.It acts as sun protection as well as a way to cool off!Ive had many different brands over the years, some better than others. These specific ones work pretty well!They're thin but retain water just right. The breeze hits them and they evaporative cool.The clips and water bags are a fantastic additional include!Perfect for camping

We used these on a very hot day recently and they really do make you feel cooler! It is amazing! They are machine washable and I hung ours to dry. You can use them over and over. I really recommend these cooling towels!

My high school athlete runs distance and we were looking for something to be able to help him cool down during the summer after a long workout; these mini cooling towels were the perfect solution.Towels came in a variety of colors, are made of quality materials, and have solid stitching to keep them in shape. While you /could/ freeze them if you'd like (we have sent along a few frozen when he bikes to work out with others and then run 8-10 miles so that they're thawed upon return), if you're using it closer to home that's really not necessary; simply wetting the towel, ringing it out, and then place it around your neck or wrapping it around your forehead definitely brings quick relief. The multiple layers help moisture evaporate quickly, speeding/continuing cooling.Each towel comes with it's own small plastic container and carabiner, making it easy to take along and to store before/after use.Overall it's a great little take-along cooling towel that can help you find relief after a workout or on hot summer day.

So, I know the instructions say don’t soak in hot water. I got in the habit, of pre wetting them. Then, when I needed to use one, I’d pul it out of the bag, snap it 3x’s and use it. So, with me leaving it in my car, it was extremely hot. So, I showed a buddy at work. I was like feel this. He’s like that’s hot! I was like yeah, now watch this. I snapped it 3’xs and it was nice and cold. He was like what?? I was like idk. It’s alien magic! I’m not sure how they work, but they work awesomely!! Fully recommend!!

I do a lot of outside work in the summer. I have a large garden and generally just like being outside when I can. But being extremely pale and also prone to overheating I need something to help keep me cool along with my regular routine of water/hydration-these towels are great for this. I can’t speak to the SPF factor because I wear SPF 50 every day and apply it every 1-1.5 hrs when I am outside but I can speak to the cooling nature of these. They really do help with cooling and aid in evaporating sweat and such from your skin to aid in cooling. They are long enough to easy tie bandana style around an adult size 7 1/4 head. They help keep your head cool and are very easily refresh with water, wring, snap like stated in product description.-I really like the pouches with the d-ring because you can fill it up with water and refresh on the go if you are at sports games or other events

Brought these to a tournament and the girls all loved them! Helped them to cook down while playing in 85 degree weather! Just put them on their necks while waiting for the next time to take the field
