Reception
I was disappointed at first but I called down to manufacture and they said only use the parts that come with the antenna. If you buy a power booster don’t use it. Make sure the poll that you put it on is grounded or rap rubber around the poll before you clamp the antenna on. Run channel scan ever time you move the antenna.Works great!!

I’m amazed!
Assembling the antenna was a bit of a challenge but ultimately it was pretty easy. We had very little to no hope to get any local channels where we live. We tried many types of antennas that got us 1 Christian channel with Andy Griffith show reruns. This antenna had great reviews so we tried it as a last ditch effort and it worked! We got local news plus some national channels like ABC. We do get some pixelation with high winds but we mostly get clear channels, cable-quality. I’m sure I could get more channels if I could have gotten the antenna higher on my tower, but I’m only 5’4 so it’s the best I could do. I highly recommend this antenna!

this is poorly constructed
Item does not live up to the hype of being a good product, assembly was abysmal to a point with the instructions of adding the vhf elements and making sure the uhf elements are in the right place. RG-6 cables had to be redone apparently someone at the factory can't put the connectors on correctly and the mounting of the antenna to a pole if it had an additional mounting point it would help but as is has a 8 degree tilt which makes receiving of signals poor, Signal reception went from 49 channels down to 29 avoid this

Excellent mileage coverage
I remove an old antenna because I couldn't get channel 8 all the times. I remove the old antenna and install this one and so far it has live up to it. What I like about the antenna is that I can adjust each one individually to get the best signal or the most coverage without loosing too much signal strength. It does take a little bit of time to adjust the antenna and you need someone to monitor the signals while you adjust the antenna.

Good Antenna
Assembly steps needed to be taken slow, but overall went together pretty easy. Reception is great, I get two markets about 90 degrees apart both at a range of about 30 miles. Single level for all networks is ~70-80% as judged by my tuner. Installed in the attic and pointed once in the rough direction of the cities . Worked like a charm when I fired it up.

Same channel pick up as previous antennas.
I am not getting any more channels than before. I got the larger antenna cord and aimed this antenna every which way. I cannot get more than two main stations at a time. I've managed to tune in ABC (easiest), CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS. NBC I got briefly and never again. Same with FOX. Too expensive for the results, in my opinion.

Works well for what its designed to do, but you are paying for that extra design feature.
This TV works well if you are situated midway between to transmitting cities/areas. This antenna allows you to aim in two different directions and provides a signal combiner/amplifier to combine that output. That ability to aim in two direction and combine the signal is what you are paying for. If you only need to aim in one direction, there are more cost-effective options out there that can pick up signals from further away.I am sitting a bit less than midway between (60 miles)Tampa and (30 miles)Orlando (line of sight) I am able to pick up (most) stations from both cities which is great for football games (my reason for getting the dual aiming). If you are in a similar situation this antenna is great. I feel that 50miles is a safe distance to say it will operate in most cases. Of course the performance will always be unique to your location and situation.

Works to pickup transmitters from opposite directions
At my location the local station transmitters are almost 180 degrees apart with the farthest being less than 4 miles away. For many years I had to use a rotor to get reception depending on the station. I now get a solid signal at all times from all stations without effort. I did have to get creative with mounting in the attic, I had to separate the bays from the supplied cross bracket and install them on separate poles due to space limitations. This could have been avoided if both panels pivoted. 1 panel is fixed and the other does pivot with the bracket provided. As a bonus I now receive over 70 stations. Best antenna for my needs at the moment.
