This product really works. I lost 3pds in the first week. You have to take it as instructed and drink at least a gallon or more of H2O every day. I also recommend eating a high protein diet and limiting your portions to 4oz of Protein and Vegetables 2x a day. If you have to eat breakfast, make sure it's protein. It's good to walk for 30 minuets a day too. Hope this helps. I'm on my second bottle, really just using now for weight maintenance.

Seems to work pretty well so far
Seems to work pretty well so far. I notice a big drop in my appetite, especially for carbs. My only complaint is the packaging info is misleading. There is only one bottle for the price, not 3. I also have a hard time seeing how it has a 45 day supply.
