(Original Review) The necklace appears to be beautiful. However, I can't even open the clasp to even try it on. With a lifetime of loving and wearing jewelry, this has never been a problem for me. I googled the company, looked for answers on their website, and sent a message to their customer service, with photos. It has been a week and I have gotten no response. So I am going to return it. Too bad, I really think I might have liked it, had I been able to get it on and off. It should come with instructions.(Update) The company reached out to me following my review. They sent explicit instructions which helped me easily operate the clasp. The necklace looks beautiful on. I want to share their clasp instructions for anyone wanting to try this necklace:We're truly sorry for the issue. Here are step-by-step instructions to help you unlock the clasp on your necklace:1. Locate the main clasp—it’s the larger, box-shaped piece where both ends of the bracelet connect. (My note: this is the side with two knobs).2. On the side of the clasp, you’ll see a small lever or tab.3. Gently pull or press this lever outward using your fingernail. This will release the internal catch.4. While holding the lever, carefully pull the two ends of the bracelet apart. It should open easily. (It did).If you feel any resistance, avoid forcing it. love this necklace that I ordered another one in a different length. It looks like real diamonds and sparkles like them too.

The 18" simulated diamond necklace clasp releases and falls off. If I wasn't home it would have been lost.Do not buy this product, there is a serious problem with the clasp. It separated and falls off. This is a faulty clasp. They don't fix it because if you loose it you have to buy another one. Rating 1.

The chocker is beautiful but the CLASP IS A NIGHTMARE,I had to see a video on tik tok to learn how to open it,today the clasp opened it and i can’t closet it.i don’t know the point of design a “secure” clasp in a cheap chocker.

Sparkles. Very pretty. Adds bling for casual as well as dressy attire. Only issue sometimes it’s difficult to get it to lay flat with the rhinestone side up. Other than that it’s a fun piece of costume jewelry.

Stunning! And even prettier on! This piece is a quality made, beautiful necklace. It does take a minute to figure out opening, but I love that it has a strong clasp. And for the price, you can gift on to yourself and others! I have the 18" and am extremely happy with the length.

I love this necklace. The clasp was tricky until I realized you have to push the receiving side down to release the insertion side. The 15in is more like a choker on me so I'm going to see where the 18in sits on my neck. Oh, and for it to lay down, you have to correctly line up the necklace before putting it on.
