Do not buy this product. It’s a pile of … Does not work. I have had it plugged in to charge for hours. Nothing happening. In addition to that, it is very small - maybe 1 cup of food/beverage would fit in it. Not worth the money.

The product is sturdy and durable and holds a nice charge.

I got a good laugh pulling this out of the Amazon box and reading the product box lol. But in all seriousness, it actually works great. It's small enough to be easily portable, which is nice. So far I've used it mostly for vinaigrettes and sauces, but I'll update this when I eventually use it for a smoothie or the like. I do need to let it blend a bit longer than one of the bigger blender bottles, but honestly that's expected with a travel-size device. I also LOVE that it's USB charged instead of relying on batteries or plugging in. Battery life seems to be pretty decent - I'm not sure if it came charged or not (the button wasn't working, but I figured out after charging it that you need to double-press the button to turn it on), but after charging it I've used it half a dozen times or so and haven't had to charge it again, nor have I noticed it blending less effectively.
