I just love this cool machine. The stainless steel cup is solid and I love the removable stirrer. Cleaning is very easy. When plugged in, the smooth side lights up, all you need to do is lightly tap on the arrow to select the functions. Using only milk, I made the foam to totally transform my plain old coffee to something a lot more luxurious. I also tried making yogurt with it. I only added milk and a spoonful of plain yogurt, and it turned out great. Next time I will add some powered milk to make it thicker. All in all, love this machine. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  Works surprisingly well. I have tried multiple manual frothers and was never happy with results. This machine is a game changer , it really does give different thickness of foam depending on the chosen setting. Can heat up milk or keep it cold. Very useful machine.The only drawback that I can find is that is somewhat big for home use.

The media could not be loaded.  We are not coffee drinkers in our family, but we do love hot chocolate! The sole purpose for us getting this machine was to make easy hot chocolate!!I love the idea that this frother has digital touch screen functions. However, the touch feature is VERY fickle and doesn’t always power on or cycle through the modes on my first attempt. I’ve even had to unplug the machine and plug it back in just to power it on. Now don’t get me wrong, this machine still works and makes smooth and delicious beverages; just be advised that you may need to have some patience when using the touch screen when making your selection (thus the reason for my 4 star review).I really appreciate the instruction manual this machine came with, it’s very clear and detailed. This machine offers 9 different pre-programed settings and each mode has very specific directions.Just make sure you follow the directions for each desired setting as they are not all the same. Specifically, when it pertains to the amount of liquid you can put into your machine with your selected setting. For example, if you put too much liquid in your machine and are selecting a frothing mode, your liquid will expand, foam, and go everywhere creating a huge mess! If you are using a mode that just mixes and/or heats, you are able to put more liquid into your machine. When in one of those modes, the maximum volume is 400 mL which is about 14 oz. When using a frothing mode, the maximum liquid amount you can use is only 200 mL which is about 7 oz.We mainly use the “Chocolate“ mode since this is the setting to make hot chocolate. You will need to make sure the frothing and stirring whisk is in the bottom of the pitcher. When making an individual sized cup of hot chocolate, we first pre-measure our milk or water (6–8 oz) and directly pour that into the pitcher. Then, we add a scoop of powdered hot chocolate (or even a prepackaged envelope of hot chocolate). Put the lid on, select the “Chocolate“ mode, and the machine does all the rest! This setting takes about 90 seconds. You could even make a bigger batch of hot chocolate, you just cannot exceed 14 oz of liquid! The machine does an excellent job of mixing the powder and creates such smooth, whipped, and delicious hot chocolate! BEWARE, the contents will be HOT!!This machine really is so easy to use (especially when the touch function works), my eight-year-old can operate it! It’s definitely easier and more delicious than making hot chocolate in the microwave, you’ll never again have to worry about getting clumps of unmixed and undissolved powder! This definitely is our new and favorite way to make yummy hot chocolate!

I've never had one of these so was new to me. It was relatively easy to use. The instruction manual is clear and concise. There are lots of different functions on it that I have yet to use. It does froth warm milk well which is what I got it for. The digital screen is nice and makes setting it easy as well. Recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  The plain white box this arrives in belies the terrific frother that waits inside. This comes with decent instructions that walk you through all the settings, (and there are more than nine) along with two whisks. They also include a handy chart that now hangs on the side of our fridge firmly attached by the extra whisk.The machine operates simply enough which you will see in the video I shot of dense froth milk. Clean-up is a snap since the whisk detaches and you are washing out only a stainless-steel container with no electronics attached like some competing models.The touch screen can be a bit finicky when powering on and trying to turn it off. I had no problem with the arrows, just the center button. I thought maybe my hands were too cold, but a warm or cold finger made no difference. It also gave my girlfriend issues, so I know it is not just me.The price at the time of testing was $129.99 with a $35.00 seller coupon for a final price of $94.99. That is not terrible given the terrific job this does of thoroughly heating your milk in addition to whipping it into several different forms. The frother that this is replacing was $60.00 and does not do a tenth of what this can do. Definitely a strong recommend.
