Burnt after 4 days
It looked good when we installed it the first day, but burnt (see photo) after only 4 days in use. I would not recommend it and will return for refund.

PRODUCT FAILED AFTER LESS THAN A SECOND
I liked nothing. There is nothing whatsoever to commend my experience.I dislike the product that shone for approximately one second. And I dislike the company’s response to my enquiry to see if I had done something wrong. Long on blaming me (for plugging it in to the mains) and jargon (what is ‘ballast’ in this context?). Short on helpfulness. Bulb in dustbin. In simple terms, a rip off.Lesson learned. Never buy from them again.
