The Good:- Design is clever and cute.- Great articulation for poses. Surprisingly versatile.- Not too big, but definitely bigger than image implies.- Lots of playability.The Bad:- Pieces are loose, and sometimes gentle use cause them to fall off.- Need to download a manual online. Have your kid or grandkid download it for you. Involves the use of QR codes.- Instructions are somewhat difficult to follow for some spots. It does the best it can to illustrate what is a "prior move" piece versus the "new" piece you're suppose to put on, but it can get lost and confusing sometimes despite that. Not a prevalent issue, though.- Use small amount of superglue on spots that aren't meant to articulate to keep pieces together.Overall:A very cute and fun build to do. I highly suggest you consider super-gluing pieces together, so you avoid breaking it if the kids actually want to play with it.But I think it's worth it. The pirate ships are also fun, but I wish there was a way to easily access the inside of the ship below decks.Thank you.

I was happy with the quality of pieces in this kit. I did have one piece that was short shot and looked melty. I couldn't use that piece but thankfully it was a trivial part. I had to trim the studs on a couple pieces to make them fit better but overall wasn't a big deal. It is a cool design that Lego doesn't even make. I've purchased multiple Knock Off lego kits and sometimes the parts are so bad they barely go together. this kit was good and I give it an 80% rating.

Impressive built set but my draw backs are1 some pieces didn't want to snap all the way which lead to the right leg and left arm being loose, with the arm forcing me to be limited with posing2 the feet are super small making balancing a hassle
