I have two children and three dogs, and I wanted a rug that would provide some cushioning in the living room while preventing the kids from slipping. This rug has exceeded my expectations in many ways. It was rolled up for shipping and had no creases when I opened it. It is incredibly easy to clean—I have effortlessly dealt with accidents caused by the children and pets multiple times. It truly stain-resistant, and liquids don't seep through to the floor. The included tools for collecting pet hair work great and have reduced a lot of my workload. I have even washed it once in a commercial washing machine and hung it to dry. When I laid it out again, it looked brand new. My friends have commented on how beautiful and expensive it looks. This rug is packaged very well, and when it is unpacked, it immediately lays flat. I am tired of rugs that are folded into squares for shipping and their persistent creases that won't disappear.The color and pattern of the rug suit my living room perfectly.When it is laid out, it instantly becomes visually luxurious and elegant. I love this vintage Persian style. It definitely looks more expensive and has excellent quality. It's very easy to clean—I can effortlessly vacuum it and wipe off any spilled cola with a towel. The rug remains stationary on the tiles and provides excellent cushioning. I enjoy being barefoot in the living room.It's easier to maintain compared to my previous rug. I love it!

I spent a ton of money on runners in the kitchen because my floors are slippery and I wanted to protect against spills that would increase this risk. I couldn't find anything that integrated the grippy rubber on the bottom on the runner itself, while sitting so nice and flat to the floor on all edges and corners. This product literally is the hitting all these needs perfectly. Also the runners I was looking at previously needed separate rug pads and I was spending hundred of dollars. All returned for this amazing product now.

I've had a lot of cheap to mid range rugs. Recently, I bought a nice rug and won't ever go back, even though I have littles ranging from 10 months to 9 yrs. This rug definitely fits the nice category!The rug is thick, nicely woven, and won't fray quickly. You can feel the difference as soon as you take it out of the package. Then walking on it just solidifies the feeling and thought.Came quickly and packaged well. Would definitely buy again!

even though I am bummed the binding is failing on the ends i sill love this rug. The color, the feel, the ability to wipe up spills or accidents when they happen and wipes clean, it is overall a great rug for a hectic busy life with kids and pets. I would recommend this rug but it does need a more durable binding.

I received this rug on February 4th and washed it today, April 1st, for the first time. It is used in the kitchen, on the floor in front of the sink. I have a galley kitchen and the rug experiences a ton of traffic. Not to mention that I have two Boston terriers and a cat, so the rug has been drooled on and dirty paws have run across it when the dogs have run through the kitchen to and from the doggy door.About a week ago, I noticed a thread had been pulled from the rug, you can see the result of that pull in the close-up image. No further raveling took place at the site of the "pull" as a result of being washed.These photos were taken after the rug was washed. I have a front loading machine and I washed the rug in cold water using Purex liquid soap on the "heavily soiled" setting. I actually ran it through the wash cycle twice, the second time with no soap.I did not put the rug into the dryer. The photos were taken after the rug had been hung to dry over the outdoor deck railing. They were photographed while still very slightly damp. I will leave the rug with the backing side up to dry overnight as shown and wait until morning when it is completely dry to lay it back down on the kitchen floor.I wish I had taken a photo before washing, although I'd have been a little embarrassed at how dingy it looked. I was a little hesitant to throw it in the washer and put it off a little longer than I would have if I'd know it would hold up so well to washing. The backing in particular cleaned up pretty much like new. I am, quite frankly, delighted with the outcome.I will definitely be buying more of these rugs in the future!

Stain proof and gray rug runners but does slip a little so we have to readjust them every couple of days

The mat is not bad, but the stitching around the edges could be a problem over time when it lifts and unravels. The color for the most part is consistently even, but there are parts where it is faded. The cushion is good. I would like a big more padding though.
