Received well packaged, unfortunately manufacturer fault on first delivery, seller responded immediately and dispatched replacement with super fast delivery so I received before Christmas!! Thankyou..... Item works a treat and blade guide works well as a guide to get me used to sharpening at such a low angle. Should have bought one in Japan when I bought my beautiful knives, don't regret it as this item was good value even with postage

This thing is awesome! I have some very nice knives (Kramer shun, Kramer zwilling carbons, Hattori, etc.) and as such wanted to care for them in the manner they deserve. If you're a beginner, practice before using on you good knives. Will keep you sharp and cooking!
