I bought this and it arrived yesterday. Took a bit to figure it out and get it on. I put it on last night a few hours before bed and wore it around the house as well as to bed. This morning I got up and the pain from my heel spur is sooooo much less. I would guess about 75% less pain. I have it off now to give it a break and I will update this as I go on.

Purchased for chronic heel and arch pain. The instructions are a must but I follow much better with photos instead of words so it took me awhile to put the splint together (about 10 minutes). I chose this one as it may be used to do strengthening and stretching of the foot, as well as keeping your foot in a neutral position at night.

It has helped with my foot pain, and it isn't uncomfortable to wear. It also came with a separate piece to help stretch your foot. The second piece has a long strap, so it's not suitable for sleeping. However, I feel like my foot is not at a 90 deg. Angle, and tightening the splint only pulls it away from my leg, it doesn't hold my foot better. My husband says I need a better one.

Ripped the first time I tried it on. Now I gotta drag my aching foot to UPS to return it. Just spent the $25 on a good one.

Didnt fit very well, hard to bend it to the right shape for the foot. Once on it didn't stretch the foot the way it should. The stretch band was useful though.

Have only used it one night. So far do good.

I ordered the largest on possible but it didn't seem to fit. I wear a size 14 us. This thing was very difficult to put on and adjust by yourself. The velcro on it is super strong, but that's what makes it hard to put on.
