Not for 24/7 recording.
Only after reading the enclosed owners manual did I discover that the system was no use for 24/7 recording. Power consumption for this purpose is simply too great and the battery/solar would it provide that. According to Zosi customer support the power would drain in around 24 hours if used in that way. I required 24/7 in the system I need and therefore I have had to return and come at the problem from a different angle. I can’t mark it down for this - but perhaps all of these systems need to be more thorough in their description of features to avoid unnecessary shipping and returns.

Battery doesn't last more than a month with the solar panels attached and in the summer. It only partially records video, which is glitchy anyway. I went away for two weeks and the cameras were all of a sudden down for 4 days without the option of replying the video. Waste of money, shame I had missed the return window.
