I do wear this RIFT shirt a lot during my workday under my work shirt.There is a lot of Compression in the mid torso, they would have done more for support at least for most guys if they would move the knitting of compression to lower torso, as to help refine the lower gut area.The shirt is slightly over priced, but noticed there's not too many other offering's of good Black colored compression shirt out there on the market.Anyway's: I wear mine A LOT.Just be sure to order one size larger than what you normally wear. Otherwise you'll probably need a vice, or two women, in order to remove it... Trust me!!!Other: I usually partially dry in dryer then hang it up to air dry.Lastly: It usually collects a lot of cotton debri, so I almost always use a lint roller.

These T-shirts are great. The best part is bye bye love handles. Flattens my tummy too. The compression band is around the middle part of the t-shirt. Tough to put on and take off but that's the point. Keeps everything in place. Have about 10 of them. Awesome product. Priced right. Similar shirts run between $40-$50 each

I look better, but it is tight and hard to take off.
