I love these elderberries. I was a little nervous that I would find gravel or twigs in them- but I was very impressed that there was minimal amount of small twigs. They also rehydrated well and had a great flavor to them.

The smell is bad but it does work and it really helps.

These berries had an awful smell while cooking, and a bitter taste. I could not use them..
