Money well spent.
Finding the right bookbag for your feeding tube isn't easy. This bag holds my feeding and hydration bag. Most book bags only allows room for the formula bag. This bag has enough room for everything. My medical and personal supplies all I'm one bag. The clear window allows you to operate the feeding pump without having to take it out of the bag. I wish it came in another color is the only negative. Great bag work every dollar spent.

Should be the standard for the backpack used for tube feeding
Much better than the one given from my feeding supply company. Better choice for comfort and the ability to handle 1 liter bags without kinking the tubes.

Peg tube feeding back pack
The material is flimsy, not sturdy. Very small and compact. I found regular pack back more effective.

Works For A Joey Pump
This backpack has a lot of nice features. Our family member uses a Joey Kangaroo feeding pump, and we have been using the standard issue black backpack for it for the past 7 years. There are shortcomings with that bag though, so I thought we'd try this one out. This bag has nice padded shoulder straps, so if you wear the backpack this one is bound to be much more comfortable. It also fits on the back of wheelchair without issue. This bag has several options of how to feed the tube through and where to place the pump. I put the Joey pump in the middle section and strapped it in, and hung the bag in the back section. The tube easily went through the openings between the sections. I was able to position the pump so that I could open the front pocket and see the pump display through the clear window. There were some velcro straps there that I had to move to see the display, but I feel like those can be secured away from the window if you wanted to use this option regularly. The formula bag fit easily in the back pocket with no crimping of the tube at the bottom of the bag. It was easy to fill the formula bag, but I had to essentially dismantle the set-up to get the bag out of the backpack enough to rinse it out and prime the pump between feedings. There is room in this bag to store additional feeding supplies (syringes, back-up extension sets, etc.) as well as an extra carton or two of food. The pockets on the sides are big enough to hold a standard plastic water bottle. The smaller pocket on the outside front can hold small personal items, and there is even another hidden security pocket at the top of that to store other personal valuables.Overall, this is a really nice backpack. But we have been using the same style backpack for seven years, and I can load/unload it in my sleep. So to switch to another backpack that requires some thinking when setting up, it's got to be a game-changer. This backpack was not a game-changer for me. It's nice, and definitely useable, and I'll keep it as a back-up in case the zipper goes out on our current backpack. But it's not got enough of a wow factor for me to make the effort to change. It's a well-made bag and appears sturdy and ready to hold up to some wear and tear. I also can appreciate the beautiful blue color. I would definitely recommend this backpack, it's just not the one for us.

No velcro
No Velcro, as shown to hang the bags in the video.

It’s okay
It’s just okay. The fabric feels like it will wash off easily, but it also feels kind of cheap. Not as well made as other brands. Serves its purpose.
