I’ve read the few reviews saying this doesn’t help with weight loss and that it’s a scam, well beware that NO PILL will make you lose weight! However, digestion is important for weight loss. This has helped improve my digestion greatly. A lifelong sufferer of IBS and also a colon resection patient, little has helped. Within a few days I could feel the improvement. If you aren’t “going” normally, then you aren’t going to lose weight either. This gummy tastes good and has helped me. I wasn’t looking for it to magically melt fat, but improve my digestion. So for me it’s a win.
