This item replaced one I accidentally broke. We cook Arroz con Leche with it. As well as other dishes. This perhaps is the best cooker we’ve found that displaces the heat evenly across its base without scorching.

The media could not be loaded. I had used this item in the microwave once before without any issues. However, to my surprise, the lid handle caught fire and the smell in my home was unbearable. Despite it being labeled as suitable for the microwave, it clearly did not work as intended. I missed the return window by a few days and when I tried to contact Amazon, I was repeatedly put on hold or told about technical difficulties. One representative even claimed there were no orders associated with my email account. This lack of customer service is disappointing, especially considering my long history of shopping with Amazon. I rarely write negative reviews and usually just choose not to reorder, but this time I felt compelled to speak up. I spent $24 on this item and am unable to get any resolution from Amazon. I hope the seller will reach out to me to address this issue; otherwise, it will feel like a complete waste of my hard-earned money, which is truly disheartening.

I love this pot! It's the designated bean pot, but I use it for everything. From boiling potatoes to making soups. Holds heat and cleans up easily. Great size for 2-4 ppl

Love using this pot, but it cracked after 9 months of use while I was making soup. It’s cracked on the stove, my last pot lasted 5 years, not impressed with only 9 months service life.
