I have four cats that won't get out of my cups and sinks, so I got them a fountain. It's been a month:PROS:- They all use it and seem to enjoy it, and the filters are doing a good job of catching any crud they get in it when they decide to splash in it instead of just drinking.- Filter is very easy to change, filter sponge is easy to wash- Really simple parts inside so it's very easy to clean. It's like one big bowl and lid and the pump has a single little straw shaped hole I do with a bottle brush.- Holds a ton of water and the light makes it very easy to see how much is left- Pretty quiet as long as the top is seated correctly - if you don't have it seated right, it hums louderSUGGESTIONS:- I feel like the pump should be rotated 180 degrees from how it has to sit now. It's hard to explain but the pump can only fit one way in the lip at the bottom, and the cord comes out the front, then doubles back along the pump, then out the opening at the back of the bowl. It would make more sense to turn the pump and then the cord could go straight out. This isn't a huge deal at all, but in version 2 you might consider this.- Also hard to explain but... The pump cable threads THROUGH the bowl. There's a little tunnel you put it through between the pump and the outlet. When you wash the bowl, you have to either unthread the whole thing or (as I do) dangle it over the edge of the sink while you wash the pump. If that tunnel were U-shaped instead, and the cord just tucked into a channel, it would make it a lot faster to separate the two for washing.- A little gasket or something between the lid and bowl would make it much quieter. I don't think it's super loud but even just sticking something like a bit of paper towel in there (not great for obvious reasons) makes it half as loud. Maybe I'll stick a bandaid over the rim.That said, I feel like I got my money's worth and my pump is holding up great so far. It looks nice and it's not too tall even for my old grampa cat who can be very picky and mostly only likes to drink from cups.

I was pretty disappointed when the pump randomly stopped working 4-5 months in.. However, I found out there was some extra steps in the pump cleaning that I wasn't doing. I took off the parts of the pump box, scrubbed the little bit of residue/bacteria growth on the inside. Plugged it in and it was fully working again!

Arrived quickly, and in perfect condition.Requires access to an outlet.Comes with two charcoal filters, and fountain power cable.Fountain is stated to have a two year lifespan.Product was exactly as described. Instructions recommend running water over your filter to remove any excess charcoal.Easy to install filter and relatively long cable to power fountain.Maintenance will be an issue for me as I’m not prone to wash my dogs water bowl as often as recommended in instructions and do not plan on purchasing additional filters (I believe it stated to clean every two weeks, replace filter every 3, which is far to quickly to replace a filter in my opinion).First impression is it’s a quality product and well worth the asking price.

It is super easy to assemble with a constant flow of water for my dogs it filters their debris while drinking which I really like no more food leftovers in the bowl and super quite only makes a noise when water is low

My 3 french bulldogs love it. Very quiet and keeps water clean. Plus u can’t go wrong with the price.

The media could not be loaded.  I loved this for the month that I've had it however, like many others who have left reviews, the motor has stopped working properly. The water is barely cycling anymore. Another $15 for a replacement...hopefully this one will last longer than the original.Video is of its current water flow...if you can call it that...I unplug and re-plug the unit in so you "see" the difference but there really isn't one between the 2.

This water fountain is awesome perfect size and works great, filters are easy to change and very affordable...my only complaint is it is noisy...you can hear the pump. If not got that it is a perfect fountain, especially if you have cats and small to med size dogs

I got this fountain because i have a dog that dips his whole face into his drinking bowl (how can he BREATHE when he does that?!) and then makes full on puddles over the entire 700 sq ft room! He also likes to paw at the water bowl and drop his ball into it. I’m not a fan of having to rely on electricity to provide water for the dogs but thought I’d give this a try because using the electricity, it provides only a small puddle size amount of water at any one time, to keep my dog from making a mess (he still does face dip but can’t get as wet). I had a problem with the replaceable filter after only one week and contacted the company and they went above and beyond to make things right! Also my box didn’t have any replacement sponges for the filter pump so the company fixed that for me (I HIGHLY recommend changing that pump sponge out too when other charcoal filter get replaced). This is a good product for the price. Please note that because it’s plastic, it should be completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned weekly along with a complete water change. But during the week, I just add more water to the machine.
