BATBAND | wireless bone conduction headphone with microphone - black

I bought this as part of the Kickstarter campaign. It is the absolute WORST kickstarter I've ever been part of. The equipment is heavy, the sound is HORRIBLE, the app doesn't work, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to find anyone to talk to for support. The support FAQ gives meaningless drivel about the device that does nothing to help troubleshoot problems ranging from inability to connect to the app to inability to upgrade to the new firmware to excruciatingly poor sound quality and mic pickup capabilities even with the sensitivity maxed and the supposedly great equalizer set. This is an abysmal purchase, especially when there are so many alternatives at a quarter of the price or less!!!

Worst product ever. Doesn’t work as advertised - not even close. Everyone can hear everything you’re listening to no matter the volume. Just read the product reviews on Amazon - not one person has rated it above 1 star!

Product does not work as described. Not bone conduction. Just an awkward set of wireless headphones with poor sound quality.

DO NOT BUYJust bought this and Couldn’t wait to get it. I waited about a month to get it... found out I had to pay a 40$ custom fee. Finally opened it up like it was my first Christmas. it looks really good ...until you put it on. Too bulky, bad quality sound and as for bone conduction it felt like I had a dildo vibrating on my head. It just has small little speakers in it that everybody around you can hear. Their website was shutdown on Spotify due to non-payment. They don’t have an app to calibrate it ... that’s a lie. I tried returning it but they told me they’ll refund 80% plus I have to pay for shipping. I would not wish this ordeal on my worst enemy. I wouldn’t buy a toothpick from this company. Absolute ripoff!!
