Ordered a Cuckoo clock. Got it in a good amount of time. When looking at it realized it was a little smaller than expected. There was a picture of it with a chair as comparison and it was not even close to that size. They did have another picture with the measurements, and they were correct. Since the measurements were correct, I took it as I was in the wrong for not actually looking at that even though it is a little shady to show the other pic.I had the clock hanging on the wall for 6 days before it stopped making the cuckoo sound. Another 2 days go by and the bird stop popping out. I tried to replace the batteries to see if that was it and nothing. I also tried to reset and nothing.I then messaged the seller, and they just offered me 20% off a new one. I then explained I either want a full refund or a new one. I mean it did not even last a week. It is not like something that I was handling, and it broke. It was only hanging on a wall. They then said I could ship it back and get a full refund or 40% off now. I chose to ship it back. I assumed I would get the shipping back since this is though Amazon and that is normally how things are done. Once shipped I gave them tracking. The tracking shows it arriving the next day. It then took almost a week to give me the original price paid but not the extra shipping I paid. I asked about the shipping, and they said they would give it to me once they verified they had the item. This is several days after they got the item and tracking shows they had it and who signed for it. Funny how they wanted to wait to refund me anything until they had it and then did a refund for the item but still said they still did not have it. A week after I got the main refund, I ask again about the shipping refund. They then said I was going to get it but they have not got the item yet. Now 1 week later I ask for an update and no reply or the rest of the refund even after waiting over a week for the reply. Up until now they were good about at least messaging me back within a day. Now it has been well over a week and nothing. It seems they are just ghosting me now and don’t want to give me the rest of my money. Definitely do not trust and I will never to business with them again.
