Q: Can this be attached to sunvisor on one side? I only have 3 handles, none on driver side.

Short answer, yes, but. Long answer, it depends on your sunvisor. I bought this for our new Kia Sorento without realising it only had 3 handles. Initial thought was use the sunvisor but, the strap slips along the metal visor bar and then, under load, it pulls the visor out of the clip and the whole lot gets loose. But, I have managed to use a wire loop attached to the vertical part of the sunvisor support bar where it enters the roof then attached the net strap to this. This works and the net happily holds lighter items like hoodies and pillows etc.
